Payment

Full payment of hire for requested dates and applicable drop off/pick up fees are to be paid at time of booking confirmation.

Customers accessing NDIS funding are to provide written confirmation of adequate funding for hire and details for invoicing. In the event funding is not available from the individuals package, fees are to be paid privately at time of booking confirmation.

Long term hire, payment by negotiation.

Flight changes / Delays

In the event a customer’s flight has any changes and hire extension is required to the initially confirmed times, contact is to be made with BEDS as soon as possible to discuss arrangements.

Where flights are delayed, additional fees will be charged.

Flight delayed with additional hire required up to 1hr: $30.00

Flight delayed with additional hire required over 1hr: $150.00 daily rate applies
